The Freie Diensmännervereinigung GbR (FDV) currently stores and will be storing any information
that you voluntarily provide to FDV via a website or in another way.
Purpose of using your personal data:
- Dealing with your enquiry.
- Handling placed orders and business transactions in connection to them, such as queries,
invoicing, handling complaints etc.
Your personal data shall, if not requested differently by legislation, be deleted 2 years after your
last contact with us or be stored only in partly archived records.
This data shall not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Apart from the order-related data named above, we shall not use or store any data on visits to our

Our long-term experience and a well-established organisation is at your advantage. We know all the ways in which you can save time. We have appropriate equipment to transport your luggage safely, whether it is skis, golf luggage, surfboard or simply a large number of luggage items.
We meet you at the arrival area, possibly using a nameplate or logo, and transport your luggage. We are on hand with help and advice if some luggage is missing and inform people waiting to pick you up about any delays resulting from this. We can also provide a wheelchair if needed. We can pick you up from the S-Bahn (public transport), bring you there or to the car park and also help you to load your luggage.
